The new Welch Allyn AED 10 (formerly known as the JumpStart from MRL) is lightweight and mobile with biphasic energy output. Voice and visual prompts take a user through a three-step defibrillation process while providing continuous event recording. The unit performs a weekly self-test and has lockout protection to prevent inadvertent defibrillation.
