Description
The Jouan C3-12 medium capacity benchtop centrifuge is rugged and versatile. It accepts blood, biochemistry, microbiology, cell culture, hematology tubes and more. This ventilated version with analog controls has a large bright digital display with alphanumeric 20-character message readout. Displays in four languages; English, Spanish, French and German. The system has capacity for 50 program memory. It features imbalance detection and shutdown (patented pendulum system), guard barrier, dual lid interlock, current and temperature limitation, and self-diagnostic service program. Its reliable rugged motor (Thermo designed and manufactured) with tough steel casing has a chemical-resistant, baked-on epoxy coating.Large angle rotors up to 6500 rpm or 5290 xg are very powerful for their class. True RCF using programmed radius for use of adaptors. Its 50 program memory makes it always ready for use. It has a self-diagnostic service program. It has ten acceleration and ten braking rates (100 run profiles) so even density gradients are treated with care. Programs are password protected.
