Description
IEC Minotome Microtome/Cryostat with analog display. The Minot rotary microtome sections from 2 to 42 microns in 2 micron increments. Temperature range is from ambient to -28 degrees C. Manual or automatic defrost switch and advanced antifog system. Quick freeze plate to -34 degrees C in 7 minutes with a cabinet temperature of -20 C. Quick freeze plate holds 8 specimens. Features a 1/3 hp, 1650 BTU/hr compressor. Refrigerant is R-12 (22 oz). Cabinet dimensions are 27"w x 26"d x 46"h. Net weight is 268.5 lb. Power requirements are 115v, 60 Hz, single phase, 15 amp. Includes a detachable specimen holder.
