Description
Great for nursing home, bariatrics, and pediatrics. Cairtech™, a newcomer to the United States, has been used regularly in more than 30 orthopedic hospitals in the UK for five years. The Cairtech™ CPM is clinically similar to the leading CPMs. It is light-weight and easy to use. Cairtech combines the utility of the leading CPMs with comfort. The CPM is controlled by an air-pump and air bellows. Thus the system weighs only 7.7 pounds and is extremely portable.
What is Different about Cairtech™?
With a Cairtech™ CPM the patient’s knee floats gently into flexion, then back to extension on a bellows that quietly and slowly fills with air then gently deflates to bring the knee into complete extension with the assistance of gravity. It provides the slow, continuous motion necessary to promote healing and support the rehabilitation process.
How to use Cairtech™ First you plug in the pump. The Heel Slide and Knee Bellows will inflate automatically. Then adjust speed and angleCairtech™ Knee CPM includes one complete Knee Continuos Passive Motion machine, Air Pump, Cairtech™ Pad Kit, User’s Guide and Carrying Case.. That’s it.
