My husband is 6'1 270 and was in a diving accident, becoming paralyzed. When we first brought him home we could not afford a roll in shower and only had a bathtub to use. Insurance would not pay for this type of sliding bath chair but it was a must have ! I could not just transfer him with no cloths and making it harder if he was wet. This chair allowed me to transfer him from bed to chair and then roll to bathroom and allow me to just lift his legs and slide him over the tub, shower and then back to bed, it really turned it into a easy process. We now have a roll in shower and need to sell it to someone who needs it. Perfect condition, used only about 6 months. Paid almost 3000.
