Description
When users are making high accuracy line cutting on
steel boards, it is far more enough to still use
manual line drawing with manual line tools. For the
most important of all, manual drawing line will
disappear, thus cannot sure of precise enough line
cutting on steel board for all machinery processing
works. In current machinery processing works,
traditional line tools are substituted by advanced
blue line laser alignment. Within wide output power
of 50mW to 100mW, high power blue line laser module
is projecting super straight and fine blue laser
line. After its connection with 4.2V DC input power
supply, it can get high brightness line instruction,
instructing workers until getting the most precise
line positioning on all raw materials.
Besides high accuracy line positioning, blue line
laser alignment uses import 445nm blue laser diode as
its laser beam emitting source. High brightness blue
laser line is workable for quite long work distance,
which will never disappear in continuous work, thus
successfully avoid manual line drawing mistake and
reduce manual input strength. In metallurgical
industry, users can try to mount this blue laser line
generator on desired laser cutting machine or others.
Within 0.5 meter to 3 meters installation height,
after proper adjustment of line targeting direction,
this blue line laser module brings users the most
precise line positioning on all working surfaces
precisely.
